• Skull cap equiv to dried herb 150mg
• Ginger root equiv to dry 300mg
• Cayenne 75mg
• Grain ethanol and Filtered water.

DOSE:

Apply daily when needed
Pour onto a small cloth (flannel) heat in microwave and apply to affected area by wrapping against skin, leave until cold allowing liquid to absorb into affected area for 10 to 15 minutes.
