Five Simple Things You Should Do to Improve Joint Health

Along with the chilly weather, often comes joint pain – many of us suffer from sore, achy joints, and don’t know what to do about it. Good joint health depends on a whole lot of different dietary, lifestyle and genetic factors, but it can be difficult to know where to start.

With a little bit of effort, your joint pain can be improved. We’ve put together five simple things you can do today to start making an improvement.

Use your electronics properly

In the world today, we interact with an artificial environment that our bodies didn’t evolve to cope with. Sitting at the computer all day is one particularly prevalent example of this – and the problem is compounded when we use computers and TVs, as well as phones, for recreation as well.
