If we have the products you order in stock (and we usually do) we will process and dispatch your order within 24 hours once payment has been received in full.

For orders within New Zealand your shipping costs are FREE and we send our orders with Post Haste, non-signature required unless otherwise requested.  You can expect to receive your goods within 1-3 working days of having placed  your order.

We can send to most places around the world and we offer you a choice of either Non-tracked Standard Airmail or International Courier Tracked delivery to best suit your needs.

Returns and Replacements

We provide an unconditional money-back guarantee on all unopened goods returned in original condition within 15 days of receipt.

In the unlikely event you receive damaged goods please keep the damaged products and the packaging and  contact us immediately and we will get you sorted!  Please ensure you keep all packaging as this may be required for investigation.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your product or you feel there is something wrong with your product once you have opened it, please contact us immediately and we will get this information into our complaints process and come up with the best resolution for you.
