Sight Support Smoothie

 

  • 1 Heaped Teaspoon of O2B Blackcurrent Powder
  • Tin of Sliced Mango or Peaches
  • 3-4 Kale Leaves
  • 1 Cup O2B Pure Grape Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon of O2B Beetroot Powder
  • 1 Cup Live Yougurt

 

Place all of the above in your smoothie maker and blitz until smooth (serves 2) 

This smoothie is packed full of carotenoid and anthocyanin antioxidants to help nourish eye structures and fund acuity.

   

   
   

Sight Support Juice

 

  • 1/2 Beetroot with top on
  • 3 Whole Carrots
  • 1 Medium Orange Kumara
  • 1 Red Apple
  • 1 Teaspoon of O2B Blackcurrant Powder
  • Ice Cubes

 

Place all apart from the Blackcurrant Powder and Ice in a juicer. Add the Blackcurrant Powder and Ice Cubes for a great chilled jiuce. 

This juice is full of carotenoid and anthocyanin antioxidants that help protect sight, impove night vision and help prevent degenerative eye conditions.

 

   

   
 

 

Joint Support Smoothie

 

  • 1 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons O2B MSM Powder
  • 1 Cup Live Yogurt
  • Tin of Sliced Mango or Peaches
  • 2 Tablespoons O2B Blackcurrant Powder
  • ¼ Cup Pre-Soaked Oats

 

Place all of the above in your smoothie maker and blitz until smooth.

 

   

   
 

 

O2B Brain Booster

 

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1-3 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Manuka Honey
  • 1 Cup of Coconut Milk
  • 1 Dessertspoon of O2B Nutribase Protein Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of O2B Spirulina Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon O2B Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon O2B Blackcurrant Powder

Peel the banana and simply place everything together in the blender! Then blend for a minute or so until smooth. If you like your smoothie less thick just add more almond milk or coconut water. Then sip, love, sit back and feel every cell in your body love you back.

 


 
 

 

O2B Juiced Up

 

  • 1 Capsule (opened) O2B NRG-FX
  • 1 Teaspoon O2B Spirulina
  • 1 Whole Lemon (juice only)
  • 2 Large Carrots
  • 2 Red Apples
  • 1 Ripe Pear
  • ½ Teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon O2B Blackcurrant Powder

Add all ingredients into juicer. Once juiced, add ice to chill. 

 

 
 

 

O2B Salad Chop Up

 

  • 100g Shredded Chicken                  
  • 4 Cherry Tomotoes (cut in half)
  • ½ Cup Grated Beetroot
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Avocado (chopped)
  • 1 Red Onion (chopped)
DRESSING:
  • 3 Tablespoons O2B Flaxseed Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Manuka Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar           
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger 
  • Salt and Pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Stir together dressing ingredients (season to taste). Dress the salad and serve.
