Shipping & Returns policy

If we have the products you order in stock (and we usually do) we will process and dispatch your order within 24 hours once payment has been received in full. 
 
We provide an unconditional money-back guarantee on all unopened goods returned in original condition within 15 days of receipt. In the unlikely event you receive damaged or defective goods please contact us immediately and we will advise you of the best solution.  Please ensure you keep all packaging as this may be required for investigation.

We provide FREE delivery within New Zealand on all orders no matter how big or small & provide competitive rates for international orders – see our International rates
 

New Zealand Orders

We send your orders with Post Haste, non-signature required unless otherwise requested.  You can expect to receive your goods within 1-3 working days of having placed your order.

If delivery is to a business you must include the business name in your delivery address to ensure efficient delivery of your parcel.

Post Haste will not deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure that you include your physical delivery address and/or Rural Delivery address at the time of making your order. 
 
We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to their having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within 5 working days of dispatching your order.  We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.  We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand provided we are notified upon receipt of your damaged items.

If you experience a breakage, contact us immediately and we will advise you of the best solution.  Please ensure you keep the product and all the packaging as this may be required for investigation.
 

International Orders

We can send to most places around the world and have been doing so for many years, we offer you a choice of either Non-Tracked Standard Airmail or Courier Tracked delivery to best suit your needs.

The cost for delivery is calculated in the shopping cart, simply select your country destination and hit the calculate button.  You can add or remove items, update your cart and recalculate at any stage.  This will be the exact cost of delivery and will again show in the checkout for your final approval.

A flat-rate, determined by your delivery country and choice of delivery method, is charged for orders up to 1 kilogram (1kg) For orders weighing over 1kg, the delivery cost is the 1kg rate plus an extra charge for each additional kilogram of product weight thereafter. These rates also vary depending on your delivery country and choice of delivery method. (See table below)

New Zealand Postal regulations require us to show the retail price of your products on the consignment note of your parcel. We are unable to declare an incorrect price for products, or mark your parcel as a gift, sorry.

To assist with accurate delivery and reduce the risk of delays, you can email us your address in your local language (e.g. Chinese) to info@o2bhealthy.co.nz.  Please include your order number in the email so we can match this up with your order.  We will put this on your parcel as well as the address in English.  Please email us as soon as you place your order as we dispatch orders quickly.
 

We offer following delivery methods:

  • International Courier – This is a fast delivery service and comes with full tracking service along with full cover for lost or damaged parcels.See the table below for further information on target delivery time frames (calculated on working days) and delivery costs.

Customs / Import Regulations:

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to be aware of all of the various import regulations for each country, so it is therefore your sole responsibility to ensure the goods you order are not prohibited or restricted within your orders destination country.

We do not accept liability nor provide refunds for any additional costs/ import duty or taxes occurred upon entry into your delivery country by Custom, Entry Officials or Government body as this is outside of our control.  We do not accept liability for the refund / replacement of any goods confiscated by your countries Customs Office or other government body.  It is your responsibility to understand your orders destination countries regulations and import costs prior to purchasing with us.

In the event your order is returned to us by your Customs Office or your delivery countries local Post body or government body, in original and resalable condition, we will refund you for the cost of the goods, less postage costs and any other costs incurred to us.  We cannot provide a refund until we have received the goods back to us in original condition. We don’t provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs due to containing items which are prohibited.

If your goods don’t reach you in perfect condition please notify us as soon as possible. 

  • Please don’t return damaged goods without notifying us first, as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from our end.
  • Please keep any packaging and damaged items as they are received, as these are required for the claim process. 

In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn’t reach you within the expected delivery time-frame (NZ = 3 working days / international = 21 working days max) of receiving your confirmation of dispatch, please contact us and we will find a solution.
