Description

Caffeine is one of the most popular fast acting natural stimulants. It supports healthy and efficient metabolism, a healthy appetite, and healthy adrenaline levels to support fat metabolism.

Caffeine can support the body’s endurance capability during exercise. The International Society of Sports Nutrition says that isolated caffeine is more effective for performance than coffee in athletes who use low to moderate doses, and is supportive for extended, exhaustive exercise and time-trial performance, and for high intensity exercise such as soccer or rugby.
