O2B Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules are odourless, mercury tested and a primary source of omega 3 that provides essential nutrients needed to support healthy heart function, strong healthy bones and joints, brain, and eye health. The body cannot naturally produce omega 3 and it is often deficient in modern diets, so we need to get it from an external source.

Description

With today’s hectic lifestyle and compromised food supply, many of us are lacking in Omega 3 essential fatty acids (EFAs) that are found in O2B Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules. The word ‘essential’ means that these fatty acids are not made by the body, must be sourced from our diet and that every cell in the body requires them to function optimally.

In the body, Omega 3 EFAs are found readily in cellular membranes forming a selectively permeable protective barrier that contains the cells organelles and our all-important DNA. Omega 3 EFAs also are a building block for hormone-like substances called prostaglandins that mediate everything in our bodies from smooth muscle contraction to inflammation. Therefore, low dietary levels of these EFAs can have systemic effects on our skin, muscle, cardiovascular and immune systems.

I’d been warned by a close family member that they’d got mercury poisoning off a fish oil product they’d bought here in NZ. And wanted me to stop taking my O2B Healthy fish Oil (been taking O2B Healthy’s fish oil for over 10years now) So I paid to get my blood tested and my mercury levels were Nice and Low. That makes me Trust O2B Healthie’s claims.
