MSM (Methyl-sulfonyl-methane or simply organic sulfur) is a key element of most proteins including keratin and is contained in the amino acids methionine, cystine and cysteine and in B Vitamins Biotin and Thiamine. It is also a constituent of fats, body fluids, and skeletal minerals. Sulfur is needed for the structure of every cell in the body and hormones, enzymes, antibodies and antioxidants all depend on it.
