O2B Currant C powder is a high dose formula of Vitamin C from ascorbic acid and Nelson NZ grown blackcurrants, also known as the ‘King of Berries’. With 100g of blackcurrants providing more than 300% of daily-recommended intake value of Vitamin C it’s not hard to see why Blackcurrants have one of the highest anti-oxidant ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) values of all fruit. Blackcurrants have also been shown to exhibit many health properties that support eye health, capillary tone and cellular integrity. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, but also required to support the growth, maintenance and integrity of all mucous membranes, blood vessels and tissue throughout the body.

The combination of the two in this tasty powder make O2B Currant C a tasty way to support your overall health and wellbeing. Mix with water for a tasty, refreshing drink, or add to smoothies for a super boost.

INGREDIENTS:

Each level teaspoon (approx 3,000mg) contains:

Vitamin C as Ascorbic Acid 2,400mg
Blackcurrant powder 600mg

DOSE:

Maintenance daily dose: Mix 1/4 of teaspoon daily with a glass of water.

Acute high dose: Repeat daily dose four times spread evenly across the day (daily total of 1 teaspoon, approx 3g).
