Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is a wood perennial herb with fragrant evergreen needle like leaves and small flowers that is native to the Mediterranean region. Rosemary has a long history of culinary and medicinal uses. Its reputation for boosting memory and cognitive abilities can be traced back to students in Ancient Greece wearing garlands of rosemary around their heads. Rosemary has analgesic, antibacterial, diuretic, anti-rheumatic and stimulant properties due to its volatile oil content including borneol, camphene, camphor and cineole. Rosemary contains high levels of flavonoids including apigenin, diosmin, hesperidin and phegopolic that exert potent anti-inflammatory and cardio tonic effects. Other biologically active components found in rosemary include diterpenes and triterpenes and tannins. Adaptogenic infers that Siberian Ginseng helps to normalize body systems like the adrenal cortex whether it be over or under working. It is a remedy for performance anxiety or stage fright, physical nervousness that causes trembling hands, shaking legs and muscle weakness. Commonly prescribed for flu, dizziness, mental apathy and poor coordination.

    I had a Driving Test and thought that I’d give O2B Brain + a try to enhance my focus and allow me to be calm. It worked!!! I passed with flying colours and I now carry a O2B Brain plus in the centre console in my car! *
