Description

Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) is the oil from the seed of the Evening Primrose plant (Onagraceae Oneothera). Containing some the highest levels of Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA) (a type of essential fatty acid EFA) found in the plant world. As the body cannot manufacture EFA’s they must be sourced through diet or supplementation.

GLA and the 10 other fatty acids found in O2B Evening Primrose Oil are essential for cellular structure which is why it is used to support skin health and joint mobility, particularly for those with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Classed as an Omega 6 essential fatty acid, GLA is a nutrient dense powerful tool traditionally used in North America in preparation for labour, and to support hormonal and menstrual health.

DOSE:

If taking prescription medication, pregnant, nursing or have known sensitivities please consult your health care professional before taking this product.
Do not take if you are on Anticoagulant / Antiplatelet medication, taking Evening Primrose Oil along with medications that also slow clotting may increase the chance of bruising and bleeding.
Stop taking at least two weeks before surgery.
Do not take if you suffer from a seizure disorder.
Take only as directed, may have a laxative effect.
