As a sea vegetable, Kelp has been shown to contain 46 minerals, 16 amino acids (the building blocks of protein) and 11 different vitamins, including vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, D and E, zinc, iodine, magnesium, iron, potassium, copper and calcium. Kelp contains the highest natural concentration of calcium of any food – 10 times more than milk.

O2B Kelp with Iodine content 300mcg is designed to support healthy thyroid function, which is important for energy production and weight management. Kelp is a natural source of Iodine which is important especially for woman during pregnancy.
