Use of Website

Your use of the o2bhealthy.nz website creates a legally binding agreement between ‘you’ the ‘Customer’ and O2B Healthy Limited referred to as ‘O2B Healthy’, ‘us, ‘we’, ‘our’, and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

O2B Healthy does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damages to your computer or other hardware as a result of using this website.

This site and all of its content including logo and images, features and functionality, and those goods and services with registered or unregistered trademarks of O2B Healthy are owned by us. You must not copy, sell, display or use any part of our website or any material or trademarks contained on our website or relating to our products without our written consent.

We may change, delete or move any of the material on this website or these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice.

O2B Healthy accepts no liability for any claim, loss, damage or liability arising from or in connection to the use of this website and its information.

The website contains links to websites that are not controlled by O2B Healthy, and we make no promises or warranties as to the content or security of any Third-Party website which you link to or use at your own risk.

All information and/or advice stated on this website is not intended to be used or taken as professional medical advice and is for informational purposes only. Customer reviews reflect individual experiences and results may vary. Always read the label of any products and always take as directed. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist, or if you are uncertain as to whether the product is safe for your use if pregnant or nursing or have a pre-existing medical condition.

Terms of Sale

Orders may be cancelled, and products may be returned in accordance with O2B Healthy’s Returns Policy set out below.

O2B Healthy will endeavour to deliver all orders made by you on the Website but reserves the right to refuse to deliver any products ordered for any reason, including without limitation, unavailability of stock or a decision by O2B Healthy to no longer sell a product.

All prices for products on the Website are inclusive of GST.

Sales to customers outside of New Zealand will be exempt from the payment of GST but may be subject to the payment of taxes and charges in their country.

Payment

O2B Healthy product prices are exclusively advertised in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We have a currency converter that can calculate alternative currencies based on the current exchange rates. Please select your chosen currency from the dropdown menu at the top right of our webpage.

  • Credit Card: For all orders we accept Visa and Mastercard as payment methods using a company called Windcave to process these transactions. Select Credit Card as your payment option from the Checkout page to enter your details via the secure Windcave site.
    We take credit card security very seriously and we endeavour to protect your information by providing a safe and secure platform to conduct online transactions. We do not hold any credit card details on our system so we will require these details for each purchase.   • POLi Payment: For those who have a New Zealand bank account you can pay directly from your account to ours via the official POLi Payment Gateway. Select this option from the checkout screen.
  • Bank Transfer: This option is available for telephone orders only to those with a New Zealand bank account. Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment is received into the following account:

Delivery

Once your parcel has been dispatched from O2B Healthy Nelson depot, you will receive an email (if you have provided an address) containing your tracking number. We are only able to track items within New Zealand, once they reach a different country this is beyond our control. Please contact us if you do not receive your tracking email.

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately and we will advise you of the best solution. Please ensure you keep the product and all the packaging as this may be required for investigation. If possible, take photos of damaged packaging and/or goods and send these to us by email as this will be helpful to assist us in processing any claims. Please don’t return damaged goods without notifying us first, as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from our end.

In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn’t reach you within the expected delivery timeframe please contact NZ Post directly with your tracking number. You can do this quickly via the online tracking tool with your tracking number: Contact & support | NZ Post.

New Zealand Deliveries

We offer FREE delivery on all orders anywhere in New Zealand with NZ Post, including parcels sent to PO Box numbers or rural addresses.

We aim to ship orders the same day if received by 2pm.

Parcels are non-signature unless otherwise requested.

Your parcel should arrive within 1-3 working days (may be longer for rural) according to the NZ Post courier service once placed with us.

International Deliveries

We use NZ Post International Tracked Courier only. This is a fast delivery service to most countries around the world with full tracking and full insurance cover for lost or damaged parcels.

Please provide a street address as items cannot be couriered to international PO boxes. To assist with accurate delivery and reduce the risk of delays, email info@o2bhealthy.nz as soon as you place your order with the order number and delivery address in your local language (e.g. Chinese, Japanese etc.). We will write this address on your parcel as well as the address in English.

The cost for delivery is calculated in the shopping cart, simply select your country destination along with the postcode and click the ‘Get a Quote’ button. You can add or remove items, update your cart and recalculate the total cost at any stage.

A flat rate determined by your delivery country is charged for orders up to 1 kilogram (1kg). For orders weighing over 1kg, the delivery cost is the 1kg rate plus an extra charge for each additional kilogram of product weight thereafter.

New Zealand Postal regulations require us to show the total price paid for your products on the consignment note of your parcel and we cannot mark your parcel as a gift.

Every country has their own unique customs and import regulations, and you are responsible for ensuring the goods you order are not prohibited or restricted from entering that country, and for any import costs incurred.

We do not accept liability nor provide refunds for any additional costs including import duty or taxes occurred upon entry into the delivery country by Customs, Entry Officials or the Government body. We do not accept liability for the refund / replacement of any goods confiscated by the countries Customs Office or other Government body.

Returns Policy

All returns must be received back to our store within 14 days of purchase. Any return outside of 14 days will not be accepted or refunded and will be shipped back to the customer. Product must be unopened, with the tamper seal still intact.

Damaged products may be returned for a full refund. Please Contact Us to arrange your return on 0800 880 868 or info@o2bhealthy.nz.

We can process refunds for online purchases without your card details, but those details are hidden from our view and protected on the Windcave site.

It is our policy to only refund a purchase back to the same card that it came from.

Customer Submitted Content

We welcome your feedback, reviews and testimonials on our products and services, and we reserve the right to use all user submitted content we receive in any marketing or advertising material, both on and offline. If you choose to include a photo or video with your review (for example, a photo or video of yourself or a pet with the product), we may publish that photo or video together with your review. Please carefully consider any photo or videos that you choose to include with your review and ensure they do not show images of any other persons who have not given us their explicit consent to be used.

Please also note that under the New Zealand Dietary Supplements Regs 1985 we are not able to publish testimonials or reviews that suggest that any of our supplements can diagnose, treat, cure, change or prevent any disease, disorder or chronic condition. Please be mindful of these restrictions when you send us your testimonial or review, avoid the use of words like ‘treat’, ‘cure’, ‘pain’, ‘fix’ or the names of specific conditions or diseases. We reserve the right to edit testimonials to remove these references where necessary.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and information security are of utmost importance at O2B Healthy, we are fully committed to safeguarding your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

Collection of Personal Information

When ordering online or registering on our website and newsletter, as appropriate, you may be asked for personal information including your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and any other information that may help with enhancing positive customer experience and seamless ordering.

We use the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your personal information as it is transmitted over the internet. This encryption scrambles details such as your password and address so that generally, other computers are unable to decipher the information, ensuring privacy and security. To make sure you are accessing a secure server, check for a closed padlock symbol in your browser window.

When you are visiting the O2B Healthy website with cookies enabled, we use a third-party cookie file supplied by our Remarketing partners like Google to collect anonymous information about your browser and device, and your activities on our website. This information allows us to analyse trends and statistics to help us improve our website, the customer experience, and to deliver more targeted advertising. It is also possible to allow advertising partners to display promotional messages from O2B Healthy on other sites across the internet. Use of Personal Information

We may use your personal information for the following uses:

  • To process and fulfil your purchase order and enable us to send a confirmation email confirming the status of your order.
  • To verify your identity and account, for example if you have forgotten your username or password, or if you are communicating with us via online chat or phone, and to assist you in any matters or enquiries.
  • To send you our newsletter or promotional emails. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails anytime you want to unsubscribe from receiving them.
  • To analyse trends and statistics to help us learn more about customer shopping preferences so we can personalise and improve your experience.
  • To improve or update our website, our products and/or services to help serve you.
  • To show you personalised and non-personalised promotions online via social and advertising networks, and other websites.
  • To collect your feedback, review or testimonial about O2B Healthy and the services and products we provide

You are in control of your personal information and can ask for us to share this with you, update it or delete it at any time. You can view your information via the My Account section of the website or contact us at info@o2bhealthy.nz or on 0800 880 868 and we will action your request within 20 working days.

We may share your personal information with third parties who assist us in operating O2B Healthy, our website and the online shop. These may include suppliers, contractors, professionals and organisations who provide us with technical and support services, or who manage some of our business functions.

We may share your information to comply with the New Zealand law, court orders, enforce or apply our terms and conditions, or protect the rights, property or safety of O2B Healthy, our users or others.

Storing of Personal Information

We store your personal information as either secure physical records, electronically on our IT systems, in cloud storage, and in some cases, records on third party servers, which may be located in New Zealand or in other countries. We use a range of security measures to protect the personal information we hold, including by implementing IT security tools to protect our electronic databases.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information, please contact us. If your account is cancelled, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or anonymise this information. We may need to some records to comply with legal obligations, and for other legitimate business purposes such as quality assurance.

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy from time to time by publishing the revised policy on our website. We encourage you to check this policy regularly for any amendments or updates. Governing Law

The use of our website and ordering processes of any product from O2B Healthy is subject to the laws of New Zealand. In using the O2B Healthy website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand in relation to any dispute between you and O2B Healthy.
